I am THRILLED that I will be offering 200hr immersion and extended trainings in 2025. I will be teaching the SOYA (South Okanagan Yoga Academy) curriculum, which I am absolutely crazy about. It is a beautiful Hatha yoga curriculum, rich with philosophy, meditation techniques and all the skills and confidence you will need to start offering classes of your own or to deepen your practice! I am so blessed to be sharing Mugs McConnell's material, as she has spent a lifetime practicing, learning and sharing the wisdom she has bestowed unto her!
